Mid-week update

There is just not enough water in the world to counteract the retention I get from just eating soup.  Annoying...

Trying to focus on drinking water today.  Maybe I can get a better weight when I get home.

Anyhow, still hovering at 240 lbs.  Sure am losing fat, tho.  If the scale is right, I've lost 14% of my body fat a single month.  So cool...
